Dr klopenstine is a great dentist but I was very unsatisfied with the office staff. I have been going to him for a few months and decided to take 1 of my children. I did miss 1 appt sadly I got the dates mixed up but resceduled for a different day. I received a call 15 mins before my appt and they said I missed my appt so now they refuse to see me or my family. They wouldn't listen to me and were very rude. I scheduled an 1130 apt and then they swore it was scheduled for 1100. The office lady was very rude. Very irritated be... read more
