Wrost experince ever Worst response ever. I called Phone: (919) 239-4544, the person who spoke to me did not provide response and looks like she is not having knowledge on the questions which i have asked. i called on 3/14/2019 at 16:35 PM
Blown away at the customer service level from setting the appointment to checking out! Lindsay was absolutely wonderful as my hygienist. And Dr. Glover was very kind and helpful in recommending the best plan of treatment for my teeth. I’ve never been so thankful for a dentist! :)
Dr. Glover has been my dentist for several years and we are very satisfied patients. Excellent customer service by the team at the front desk. They are prompt and courteous. The dental staff, including Dr. Glover are personable and professional. When it comes to my appointment starting on time, I'd say that that occurs on the vast majority of visits. If it does not, the front desk staff communicate that clearly. If the delay lasts too long, they give the option of waiting or re-booking.
I am a professional works for a doctor's office for more that 8 years dealing with patients on regular bases .. & you can check with my employer & our patients about my service... Today at Dr. Glover office I had the worst customer service ever by A : Supposedly A professional dentist Dr. Glover. I had to wait for over an hour to be seen , when I questioned the long wait I was informed they had few emergencies , so I completely understand that ..one of the staff advised me to mentio
