Dr. Jiles was so kind to fit me in today as I managed to dislodge a crown that had been fitted with temporary cement. She had me in and out within 20 minutes. She did a fantastic job and painlessly cemented my crown with permanent cement. She is wonderful!

By far the best visit to the dentist I have had. Recently moved to Holly Springs and switched for convenience and glad we did. Everything done during my exam was explained thoroughly and afterwards they went through my insurance coverage with me. Absolutely recommended!

Excellent folks, just relocated recently and they are our new family dentistry for the near future! Very progressive, timely, and personable. They have my vote! One complaint, I did not like how they present their terms and conditions of services and payment agreement. At my first appointment I was presented with a public computer located in the waiting room and instructed to execute/sign a 10 page terms and conditions contract.. I found some of their T&C's complicated and self serving, especially a term regarding my record... read more

the main street staff exceeds expectations for willingness to help and concern for the patient.....i drive 200miles each way to be treated by this great outfit....i am 67 and have been in dental offices in 5 countries.....these ladies are the best i have been treated by.....if you are lucky you will get marilyn as your dental hygentist......fair prices and lots of friendliness......i know i am getting the best...h.f.clark
