Apparently the seller of our house installed the doors himself. When we got them serviced, he cleaned up the rat nest wiring and put the obstruction sensors in the proper position (they were attached to the upper rails to bypass the safety feature). Gave us some good maintenance tips. I hope he can find some good help to run his business. Definitely a keeper.

Had Klondike install a door for me a few years ago. It started making some bad, grinding noises lately. I called up Mike (the owner) and asked if he could come check it out when he had a chance. He showed up in less than an hour. He adjusted it for about an hour. When he finished, I asked him what I owed him. He said “ no charge “. He’s super busy and he made it right. I’ll be using Klondike on my next project.
