When performing the annual furnace check up, advised that I should consider getting a new blower motor for it as it was whining and not performing as it should and a new thermostat as it wasn't turning off at the prescribed temperature. Scheduled a service appointment, they called to let me know they were on the way at the scheduled time. Replaced the motor & thermostat and were very professional and informative with all they were doing. Manny was great! Terrific to work with.
