This is a rating for the receptionist. I tried calling as a new patient. When I said I was looking to book an appointment as a new patient at the referral of another doctor, she seemed annoyed and very prepared to tell me all the reasons I should consider not proceeding. When I essentially said "okay, you're right," she brightened up and got happy, like her burden was lifted, and said thanks, goodbye. People have worse experiences but this was certainly off-putting.
