This place is rediculous!!! I’ve delivered here a few times. Wait time to unload coils is unreal. They need a better process. I’ve delivered to a few kloeckner metals and not all kloeckner metals are like this.
Got here @1145 and now it's past 1400 and still not loaded and workers are just wondering around with trucks waiting
I wish i was able to give them a zero star .Wors place in existance im never coming back here again

Come here and get treated with disrespect at the window, sit around all morning in a slow line, and miss your next load. Sit and wait until the afternoon while they do their internal processes and disappear a lot going on breaks. One door only for receiving, junk laying all over outside, you'll be picking metal and screws out of your tires with pliers before you leave.
