We ordered several commercial doors for our business. We feel they sell a quality product for a fair price. We appreciated the knowledge they have on the products they sell and would use them again for future needs.
Saw that he had good reviews, gave him a call. I Spoke plain and clear English but because my name is Henry. I guess that means I'm no good with english. Still trying to give him my business i proceeding with our conversation, to see if he could do some maintenance on my garage door but he advocated I'm just a fraud and should remove his phone number. Can't say how well his work is. But if you have more than one background of ethnicity, I suggest calling somebody else.
Contacted Klodt on a Saturday and had a visit and repair completed on Thursday. Great response time. The repair was required due to another local door servicing company incorrectly repairing a broken spring. Klodt Door Service was incredibly friendly and explained what the issue was, the steps to correct, demonstrated the repair effectiveness, and invited me to test things also while still here for the repair. Very happy with my service experience provided by Klodt. Would absolutely recommend.
Did not do the job he was hired to do.
Called Klodt, and he responded shortly. He came and diagnosed the problem and repaired the door lift. His price was reasonable for what he had to do.
