The sound proofing of these apartments are terrible. I can hear every little thing my neighbor does. I've been up since 3 am because they decided to shower at that time. The mosquitoes are absolutely going to make you never want to go on your porch at all. They blind you with a newly done apartment, but as the years go by you will notice where the shortcuts were taken. I'm so tired of not sleeping right. Also as of now I pay 1506 for 1 bedroom apartment and they increase it every year. This place sucks.
Good pricing. I love that each apartment has a patio, neighbors are all very friendly.
Very bad management never answers phones.

First month here. Ralph (the Property Manager) in the office was awesome. Very patient. Apt is all new and so clean. Neighbors are quite. Laundry is clean and uses an app. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is the price is a bit high for a one br. .
