I have NEVER tasted BBQ this amazing! I am a Jar-B-Que fan forevermore. And my wife didn't finish her sammich and let me have it the next day. Even as leftovers it was super tasty! I've decided not to wash my moustache for three days in case a remaining piece of meat falls into my mouth.
Ribs were DRY & meat & Brussels sprouts needed salt...don't think salt & pepper is applied before cooking...
I love going to Kloby's for their meaty beef ribs. Add the Carolina sauce and let the finger lickin' begin. Best beef ribs in town.

Great food and off the hook beer selection! Must have the Bbq in a mason jar!
Not a good bbq place in the traditional way. Low marks on flavor and smoke. Sauces, way to sweet.
