the coldest hardest burger, dried up brisket all the food was cold. this was today, absolutely horrible . stay away from this place

I enjoy good food, beer and bourbon served by good staff. Kloby's has them all! I keep bringing good friends. Last visit I had the jalapeño pork balls, glazed salmon with root vegetables and topped it off with Elvis Dessert- banana, chocolate, peanut butter pudding. I enjoyed a Knob creek bourbon straight maple- nice combo. All the food was top- but the salmon... out of this world. Caramelized glazed and the salmon was perfect.

This place is really hit or miss. Yesterday I went here with a friend and just had a cup of the chili and a drink. I was told that the chili of the day was brisket, what i recived was a cup of veggies and beans and maybe a few small shreds of brisket. It was super dissapointing and when i complained about the lack of brisket i was informed that thats just how its made with "Really thin slices."
