Bought a sound bar, Cinema 1200. It lasted about 15mos. Basically had zero customer support. Looking through different discussion boards, its clear that they knew it was a defective design even while it was still in production and they didn't do anything about it. Premium prices, budget quality.

Klipsch's customer service and product quality have been disappointing. I called their customer service line at 3:57 PM on a Wednesday, well within their stated business hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. However, I was directed to their answering machine, instructing me to call back during normal business hours. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
