If maintenance and management get on the ball and did what they were supposed to do this place with pulling 100 points right now I can give it 5 points
Needs security �. Nice if they would fix it up inside too many things broken, two maintenance men for two good size buildings not near enough but if they hire more and they hired security they have Raise the rent. bullshit !!
Never lived there just need someone to fix the steps behind moose jaw and make the spokes of the fence not so sharp. Tripped going down the steps reached out to catch myself and grabbed a spoke of the fence ripped my pinky and bruised my hand. Please paint the steps so no one else gets hurt and do something about the sharp spokes of the fence. I am grateful for the tenants who saw what happened and gave me aid. Actually bent the spoke of the fence. With that being said, the building is beautiful.
