Bought 2 units , had one for 3 years then bought a smaller unit for small room addition , working well . My only complaint is that they do not post a video of how to remove the front casing to clean the inside . So far so good .

I placed an order on 22 July 2025, I was charged for the order on 23 July, the invoice had a ship date of 23 July. I guess my first clue should have been I never received a confirmation email of the order, even though I was charged. I never received the order, I called today only to get various voicemails, before I finally reached someone who was unable to find my order, under my name, they clearly had my name in order to charge my card. A Klimeair minisplit was installed to keep my garage cool. The unit is working flawlessly. I had follow up questions with Kilmairs technical support. I spoke with a technician named Omar. He was very helpful answering all the questions that I had about operating the unit and product registration.

I purchased the 12000 btu diy kit through Amazon on August 26 2022. It was easy to install and worked well for 2 years. Now the inside unit fan is making a loud hum while heating or cooling. It also has developed a snapping noise. I’ve emailed customer service every week for 2 weeks and no response. I’ve tried to do it through their website but conveniently their website has no record of me filing the warranty that I did on their website… Don’t buy this unit. Pay the extra money and get a Mrcool unit.

Easy to install, works perfectly, and keeps rooms comfortable. Lisa helped me register the product for warranty—great service. Highly recommend Klimaires DIY mini split!
