We used Klimatech to get a new AC system. The owner Eduardo was personally involved from start to finish, which really stood out. He was incredibly honest, taking the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell or push unnecessary work. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy and hands-on these days. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.
I recently had a friend recommend Klimatech for my A/C repair. Never having used them before I was a little skeptical but went ahead on my friends recommendation. While troubleshooting my a/c unit he advised it had leaked out all my refrigerant and needed to proceed with a leak test for a fee of course, but he would let me know. Short while later he called to let me know (I was not home) that his tech found the leak & did not need to charge the fee. I may have the most bad look,that a Hispanic installer,from my own country to so grossly treat me,with no concern about my a/c coil leaking.i call few times,he never showed his face.who ever need a/c work done,stay away from this company.
