We live out of town and had an emergency in the middle of the night for our small dog. He had severe bloat which can be extremely life threatening. They REFUSED to see us because we had never been there during "normal" business hours. That's terrible! Shows how important animals are to them.
Dr Klima took care of our Bassethound for many years. When Mojo finally couldn't take the pain from his cancer anymore we had Dr. Klima put him down. It was a hard decision as Mojo had been our baby before we had children. Afterwards, we were given privacy in one of the small rooms so the we could grieve our loss. It took a fe wears before we could bring ourselves to get another dog but we finally did and now Dr. Klima has been taking care of our Mini Pinch for 9 months. We could not be happier with Kllima Animal Clinic.
