The staff have always been kind to our dogs and I feel they received great care. If we called with a concern our pet was seen quickly. Dr. Kristin, and the techs and Loraine at the front desk showed great compassion on the recent passing of beloved pet. Thank you for taking the time to make Sophie's pawprint and frame it. We will forever remember this kindness.
They took great care of our pups throughout their lives until their final days. They treated us like family and showed us compassion and personalized care. 5 Stars!
I appreciate their flexibility in seeing us within minutes of us calling, even though it was about closing time. They heard our concerns and made Paisley a priority. They didn't rush us and made sure all our questions were answered. We left with prescription in hand and a plan. Peace of mind is priceless, THANK YOU!

I would never take my pets there again they do not allow you to go with the pet and I think they are abusing them if they don't do what they want them to do first vet I've ever been to then refuses to let you come to your pet for examination that tells me something I know my dog we cry and run for the door on my second isn't there so when they refuse to let me go in with him I just left I have also noted that you can only post good comments how about them
We had our kitties spayed there a couple weeks ago. They called the next day to check on them, which was very thoughtful. They were very kind and we are so glad we decided to take our new family members to them.
