A high efficiency gas furnace was purchased and installed from/by Kliemann Brothers in 2015. The furnace had been installed with the exhaust vent in the attic. This has resulted in excessive condensation. The attic has water stains on nearly every framing member visible. Seller reports that the furnace exhaust and intake were reversed.
