Began discussions Oct 2023. Finally got a price from Dave in March 2024 and requested a service date. Never heard from him again. If a company is too busy and doesn't need the business, they should just be upfront and state that instead of dragging out communications for months and not showing up.
Called 3-4 weeks waited to come and look at my fridge. The day came for this company to look at the RV. Didn't show and I texted and Dave replied that there was a death in the family. Sorry there was a death in the family. But you still have a business to run. You should call your customer to what goes on. Weather you forgot or not. By reading other reviews it seems other people have had issues. If you can't service RV's or customers you shouldn't be doing it.
I purchased a 26” Blackstone stone Griddle from this company and was extremely impressed with the service they provided. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied as the customer.
Punctual and all around great service
My husband called and asked for a few repairs on our 5th wheel trailer in January 2023. They set up a time in March that they would come out to do the repairs. We sent all the requested pictures and then never heard back. My husband called again at the end of March and was told they would call him back and again we have not heard from them.
