I made an appointment to this office a month ago for my two sons and husband. At the the time of making the appointment I confirmed that they accept my insurance. 2 days before the appointment they called to confirm that we'd be there. I got to the office 20 minutes earlier then the appointment time so that I can fill out paperwork, at which time I was informed that they had a lapse with my insurance carrier and couldn't see us because they wouldn't get paid. I was very impressed with Dr. Kleydman the first time I met her. She's an excellent physician. She's very knowledgeable with treating and taking care of skin problems. She explains thoroughly about your skin condition and the best treatment available for your specific problem. She performs her duties in an efficient and professional manner. She's polite, caring, and has great bed side manner. Also, her staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. I'll highly recommend Dr. Kleydman to anyone.
