We were in need of a HVAC company to come and repair a broken intake pipe for our customers mechanical room. After calling many HVAC companies in the area that didn't answer there phone, I was able to get in contact with Christine at Kleve & JC Mechanical after finding them on Yelp. Christine was very helpful scheduling our repair and accommodating my requests. I highly recommend Kleve and JC Mechanical for all your HVAC needs and look forward to working with them in the future!
Our family has used Kleve for YEARS and been very happy. Apparently Kleve has been sold and I am very disappointed in the new ownership. I was not getting along with the sales person and even asked if I could speak with somebody else. Nope. Erik, could not tell me the cost of a new Wifi Bryant Thermostat. Was very difficult in trying to get straight answers. I will be looking elsewhere.
Irresponsible company, full of liars ripping you off if you are not paying attention. I have a rental property in Eden Prairie, tenant notified me two issues about water heater: water temperature would fluctuate between hot and cold and the hot water finally was gone. It also involved an issue with AC. This company sent two technicians onsite and the nightmare began. My husband and I bought our first home the spring of 1998. Winter came, we went to turn the furnace on for the first time and bang - nothing, our first major home repair expense.
