I had transferred from another dentist in town and have never been happier. In only 2 visits I had a temporary fill done on a broken tooth(1/2hr) and was back in within 4 days to have a root canal and crown done.. ALL IN THE SAME DAY and less than 2.5 hours. Dr. Klemp and staff are kind and courteous and very detailed. Never changing again.

To be honest, people in Portland warned me to stick with my city dentist and my city doctor because medical care in Astoria was, well, not quite up to snuff. In the two hours spent in my first visit with Dr Klemp I not only disproved that, but got solid new information about long-running issues and helped develop a plan to assure good health in the future. I've never communicated as well with a dentist and his staff or felt such sincerity before. And I'm old, so I've seen a lot of dentists.
