Unprofessional! Agreed on a deal and drove 1.5 hours away with Vicky (sales) knowing I was on my way to purchase the vehicle after communicating for hours. Vicky verbally said the vehicle was mine and provided the signed sales sheet. I left the house immediately and drove straight to the dealership. Horrible service! I was told by BOBBY the sales manager that it was his discretion who he sells a vehicle too. I spoke to Vikki, Kirk, Cole, and John all about the same vehicle and they just continued to ping pong me around. Complete liars. Stay away form this dealership!!
