Dr. Kleitches was very kind and completely put me at ease (I get very anxious when going to the dentist). He is very knowledgeable and thoroughly discussed my options with me between extraction and a root canal as I had a difficult dental situation. He gave me hope that my tooth could be saved and the root canal was a success. During the procedure, he checked with me frequently to see if I needed to take a break and stopped willingly whenever I told him I felt any pain to give me more Novocain. I want to express to people what I’ve learned in the last several months, in hopes that another tragedy can be avoided. I was told by an investigator from the North Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners that some dentists don’t have the same training on prescription drugs as medical Drs. I was shocked that he admitted this but not suppressed because I had already talked to several medical Drs. about what happened to my Wife. They treated me as an individual, made sure I was comfortable, asked often if I was still ok. Easy to reach later for additional questions.They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
