They’re having uncertified little young kid mechanics do simple jobs as a starter replacement when they don’t know what they’re doing, and the older mechanics have to fix their bad work and they shouldn’t be practicing on customers vehicles now my car has rattling and noise issues because I’m sure he broke stuff or did and fast and stuff back on my engine
I took my bmw inn to find out it was a starter! I went ahead and let them do the work to only get my vehicle back with a check engine light onn ! I had to take it back after i checked and realized a hose wasn’t hooked back up When i took it back they had this tweaked out kid looking at my car and come to find out he was the one that did the work!
