Edited review: I really didn’t want to leave a negative review because I previously had a good experience and rapport with this shop. Unfortunately, my most recent visit has changed that. I brought my vehicle in because the back door wouldn’t open. The shop accepts my ALPHA warranty, so I trusted they could handle it. I dropped it off on March 12th or 13th. Breaking down in the middle of a cross country road trip is, obviously, not ideal. Having to rely on an unknown mechanic for the repairs makes it even less so. What an immense relief then to find Brian and his staff at Kleinstadt...they were excellent. Proactive and clear communication, warm and friendly customer service, a very fair price, and work that got me across the country plus another month and a half of daily driving. Highly recommended! And many, many thank you's!!!

I have nothing but nice things to say about this place! Brian, the owner, is a very honest buisnman and the few times I've been in there he's upfront and honest and has worked with me. The entire staff is so nice and professional. The receptionist is an absolute sweetheart and answered all my questions! Love this place, and will recommend them to anyone!
