Steer clear of Dr. Margaret Napolitano. To say I’m beyond upset is an understatement. My husband spent months dealing with ongoing hand pain, all they did was a single X-ray and three steroid shots during this time—none of which helped in the long run. Had a terrible experience with a assistant there, had been waiting 3 weeks with a terrible sore thumb, when I got there, someone had not scheduled me as I was advised to be there on that date and time. Always dealt with Mary, she is very efficient and professional. So happens she was not available the day I scheduled my appointment.
