Steer clear of Dr. Margaret Napolitano. To say I’m beyond upset is an understatement. My husband spent months dealing with ongoing hand pain, all they did was a single X-ray and three steroid shots during this time—none of which helped in the long run. Instead of taking the time to discuss options or refer him to someone who could help him, Doctor Margaret Napolitano sent the FRONT DESK staff to tell him when he arrived for his appointment today that there was nothing more she could do for him. I had carpal tunnel relief surgery 2 months ago and a injection in my other hand for the same reason. Back to normal now and the first time that I've been pain free in my hands and arms for years...
Had a terrible experience with a assistant there, had been waiting 3 weeks with a terrible sore thumb, when I got there, someone had not scheduled me as I was advised to be there on that date and time. Always dealt with Mary, she is very efficient and professional. So happens she was not available the day I scheduled my appointment. The assistant talked to me rudely and starting screaming at me…that kind of behavior was so unprofessional and unacceptable. She made it a hostile situation. Since they made the mistake. The best doctor ever
Dr. Napilatano discharged me without even a discussion about being discharged. She told me "it's up to worker's comp" instead of providing a true medical opinion. She acted like once my other medications were straightened out and I could tell if the braces helped, then we could re-address surgery, but discharged me after one visit. I have diagnosed carpal tunnel, which needs treatment badly. Don't go here and definitely don't see her! Pitiful care, if you can even call it that. Her PA was much better than her.
