If I could give negative stars I would. I had a minor thumb surgery in 2018 with a surgeon in this group and that surgery caused multiple life altering issues with my hand. I came back to them for 5 years and every appt I was spoken to in an unacceptable way and they never admitted all my new issues were a result of the surgery. I would NEVER send someone I love to this place. And the staff are extremely rude. No one here is patient centered. They literally ruined my left thumb and I will never forget it. Steer clear of Dr. Margaret Napolitano. To say I’m beyond upset is an understatement. My husband spent months dealing with ongoing hand pain, all they did was a single X-ray and three steroid shots during this time—none of which helped in the long run. Instead of taking the time to discuss options or refer him to someone who could help him, Doctor Margaret Napolitano sent the FRONT DESK staff to tell him when he arrived for his appointment today that there was nothing more she could do for him.
