In the office a few days ago, where I was happy to see Dr. Tien.He has cared for me in several appointments, and I love his sense of humor! Everyone in the office is efficient and knowledgeable. Although the office was busy, I waited only a few minutes to be seen. Kudos to Dr. Tien and the staff at Baptist East! Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

was very professional in getting me checked in and ready for my appointment. doctors and Nurse was very knowledgeable about my diagnosis and about the best course of treatment. I had a very non emergency situation but they still made me feel that my diagnosis was important.
I’ve had pain in my thumbs for years. A couple of doctors told me nothing can really be done about it. I am so glad I came to this office. Dr. Palazzo diagnosed me with arthritis in my thumbs and gave me Cortizone injections. The injections were not painful at all. I just had the injections yesterday, and I feel a huge improvement in my thumbs as far as pain and movement. I wish I came here years ago! All of the staff are very nice and caring. Thank you all so very much!
I went in yesterday for Trigger Finger on the middle finger of my left hand. Dr. Elkin Galvis explained the problem in an easy to understand manner and quickly administered the cortisone shot, which I barely felt, it was awesome. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a hand specialist. Two thumbs up from me👍🏻👍🏻
