The staff is all good
I've been using Jerry Kleinbaum for over 20 years. He's excellent. But you need a new phlebotomist at that office. He came to a blood. This is the second time he couldn't do a blood out of my arms. You need a new phlebotomist. When I go to Kingston, they can do my blood 1,2,3.
Dr. Kleinbaum is caring and wonderful. When he retires, I will move to another practice though.
