I attended my niece’s custody hearing and was very impressed with Attorney Randi Klein. She strongly opposed unmonitored visits due to concerns about the father’s ongoing behavior, and the judge agreed. She also requested therapy and a batterer’s intervention program for the father, which were granted, along with continued therapy for my niece’s daughter and group therapy with both parents. (RE EDIT)Children are the light of the world & the review Klein is suggesting to look at I believe is a party where allegations of abuse, physical mental and sexual abuse got covered up. I have with my own eyes watched a video of that party striking her daughter in my husbands home I may not have met her but my heart goes for her. I spent another day in court with my son, and sure enough the moment we arrived at the courthouse, Klein was laughing and conversating with my granddaughter’s mom. Keep in mind she is supposed to be the child’s lawyer, neutral, and balanced. Instead, there was no acknowledgment of my son at all, no fairness whatsoever. That being said, it was still a great win for my son.
