Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Referred by a friend who had so much pain he could not stand for long. Fixed. I experienced plantar fasciitis and was unable to run, which is hard for a runner to endure. Dr. Klein fixed me with one visit. He took all the knowledge I thought I had gained from Runners World and from running store employees and turned it on its head. Came with a sports related injury. Was NOT told to bring my running shoes to the appointment. Was told by doctor to buy a new pair of shoes more appropriate for my foot or make another appointment to place a foot pad with my running shoes. Essentially first appointment was a waste of time. Copay each time. Needless to say, did not return...
