I have never left a poor comment about anyone in my life. The guy is rude, Full of himself, disrespectful and unwilling to listen to his patients. Dr. Klein is “straight forward”, in the words of my 12 year old son and that’s WHY we love him. There’s no sugar coating and he’s straight to the point. The office staff are great as well!

A lot of people complain about his bedside manner but you will get the correct diagnosis every time. He's an excellent doctor.

I’ve been using this dr office since I was 3 years old and I’m currently 33. This was my family physician and I stayed because I thought all dr offices were like this. Over the years the office staff has become increasingly rude and impatient. As some of the older Dr’s have retired your left with few options. My main physician was Dr. Kline If you do go to this office make sure you have time to sit in the back office for an hour. They do not keep you in waiting room just in the exam room waiting

Dr Kline was very rude. As new patient never introduced himself. Left me in room for 1hr and 15 minutes. Never apologized. Very unfriendly. Have never been treated so poorly by a physician. He was not interested in anything I tried to tell him about my health. Rarely even looked at me when talking. Will never go back there. Would never recommend him to anyone. Office staff wasn't much better.

The office staff is incredibly rude and not helpful. Dr. Klein is always in a rush and doesn't seem to care about your concerns. I have a blood disorder and they will not check my platelets which was routine for all my other PCMs. Even my obgyn next door ran my platelets every other week while I was in his care. I am having emergency oral surgery which requires my platelets checked and they will not check them, so I will have to post pone my surgery and endure the pain until I find a solution.

Dr Klein listened to to my questions. Answered everyone of them with care and compassion. Finally someone who listens.

Does not listen, only talks down to you. Acts like a child on follow up appointments and doesn't care about medication side effects. Schedules appointments for no reason for your co-pay and to charge insurance. Does multiple blood tests to charge more. Is derogatory towards medical conditions you are being seen for.

Acts like a child, does not listen nor wants to hear your complaints. Chastises you for medical conditions being seen for. Makes unnecessary appointments to charge you and insurance for. Arrogant and makes references to the degrees he has stating, "I'm the dr. you listen to me", Office staff is very nice.
