very poor experience. Would never recommend him.
Worst experience I've ever had with any doctor! My first visit lasted a total of 3 minutes and he was dismissive of my explanation of back pain. It took 3 calls to his office to get the MRI referral. 2nd visit maybe 5 minutes and he was again dismissive, said I was too old for surgery (I'm 75) and he asked what did I want him to do for me? I wanted a decent, thorough explanation of the x-rays and MRI and a suggestion to handle the severe pain and how it impacts my daily life and treatment so I could resume daily activities. ... read more

Dr. Klein is probably the best doctor i have ever been referred to. after many months of physical therapy and extreme pain and being ignored by my previous surgeon a 2nd opinion landed me in this office. The staff is courteous and accommodating to my needs. Dr. Klein is simply the best in handling a very complicated situation.
