Klein continues to honor/service their work for over 25 years! We moved into a home that Klein installed a French drain system in the basement in the year 2000. We were able to seamlessly transfer the warranty from the previous owner into our names. Brian personally came to our new home and showed us how our system works and gave tips for upkeep. Klein Home Solutions does top quality work! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and hard working. They do not cut any corners. Brian truly goes above and beyond. He is also honest. He will tell you if something truly needs fixed. I no longer get quotes from any other company when it comes to basement, bathroom, or kitchen! Highly recommend Klein to everyone!
Klein Home Solutions addressed a water issue in the basement of our new home shortly before moving in. They installed French drains and refinished/sealed the basement walls. The quality of their work is excellent! Three years later, we have not experienced any water-related problems in the basement. Brian is very honest and knowledgeable, and he truly has your best interests in mind. Highly recommend Klein Home Solutions!
Jim & Brad from Klein did excellent work replacing our shower pan with stone to match the existing tile work. They were professional, punctual, and left the work area very clean. They exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Klein (in particular Jim & Brad) for any home projects.
Additional Review 11/12/22 - Klein Saves You Money !!!! This is our third review for Klein Home Solutions. After taking care of our basement system and garage side door drainage, we experienced an external above ground water issue in our front yard. The reaction time from Doug (owner) and Brian (sales mgr.) was expedient and outstanding in addressing the issue.
