Brian was absolutely the best to work with, very professional, sense of humor, easy to talk to, he explained everything that we were having done. We needed a French drain put in. The workers (3 young gentlemen) were fantastic, good hard workers, took extra care in cleaning up as they went. I highly recommend them.
I had a new bathtub, shower walls and all new fixtures installed by Klein in October, 2024. They did a great job. In December I dropped a heavy candle on the tub and chipped it. I called Brian and he assured me that he knew someone who could fix it. He sent a gentleman by the name of Fred, who just left and my tub looks brand new again. If I ever need any other bathroom remodeling needs again, I will definitely call Klein's.
Very prompt and friendly service. We have had Klein come for 2 projects (one large foundational support, and one small leaking pipe) and have been impressed both times. Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future if needed.
Jim & Brad from Klein did excellent work replacing our shower pan with stone to match the existing tile work. They were professional, punctual, and left the work area very clean. They exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Klein (in particular Jim & Brad) for any home projects.
Additional Review 11/12/22 - Klein Saves You Money !!!! This is our third review for Klein Home Solutions. After taking care of our basement system and garage side door drainage, we experienced an external above ground water issue in our front yard. The reaction time from Doug (owner) and Brian (sales mgr.) was expedient and outstanding in addressing the issue.
