I love working with the Klein Group! They take such great care of me. Orders are great. Shown lines well. We Love this showroom. They take the best care of us.
This is by far the worst showroom I have ever worked with. Sales associates are immature and unprofessional. Orders are almost always taken down incorrectly and when having issues the rps are not helpful. Why sell to customers if you won't follow up after and help with all of their needs? It's not just about writing an order for your clients. We deserve the attention from start to finish to ensure we are receiving what we need and in a timely manner.
