Easy going and knowledgeable I gave this rating because Chad was really helpful and answered all our questions on the suv we bought. Everybody was very easy going and didn't pressure us and gave us all the time we needed to make our choice.

This dealership if focused on customer satisfaction ------- mine was exceeded!! They take the time to fully understand what you are looking for, then obtaining the answers you need. Follow up is the best I have had with a new car sale ----- all concers were addressed. Their Service Dept. has always been a large asset to the dealership and customer. I've bought 5 vehicles at Klein Chevrolet. This is a second generation dealership with sound management and a great relationship with their customers. Their service is very responsive and highly comptent. Many of their employees have been there for years. They have an outstanding collision repair shop.
Jim & Chris in the Service Department did an excelent job. I signed up for a new option with OnStar that will let me know when it's time for an oil change. I got an email from Klein's right on schedule informing me of the service work needed. I made an appointment and had my truck back with 24 hours of getting the email. It was fast and easy. The Service manager also let me know it was time to rotate my tires and took care of that for me as well.
