Surgical procedure on last Thursday, July 13 was more pleasant and I felt completely at ease, than I did today. On last Thursday, it was smooth sailing , staff very friendly and professional . IV started with one stick. The last thing, I remembered was nurse, telling me she was going to place ice pack on my eye and not to touch my face, because it was a sterile atmosphere. Great visit today. Amazing staff (check-in, Richard, Dr. Tran and check-out), everyone was warm, friendly and professional...I always know I am getting the best care possible. My only complaint is stop with the incessant Facebook pop-ups about free internet/wi-fi. I appreciate the offer, but I want to surf/do my business w/o a pop-up every time I tried to go to a new page/website. Very annoying.
