I had been very near-sighted since childhood. Did fine with contacts for decades, but when I reached the life stage for bifocals, I didn't have success with the contacts for that and didn't like having to remember to carry reading glasses all of the time at work and stores, etc. In 2013, I kept hearing KE's ads.
