I requested express detail service which is advertised as "no appt. necessary and 30 minutes or less". Upon request at 130pm today the manager asked me when I wanted it done and he said "we can' t do it today,we are swamped and it's too hot". The wash they did was fine but if you are not able to perform advertised services, don't advertise them!! I will not go back!!

First the here, had both of my cars detailed. They were both cleaner than they were when I bought them from the dealerships. Very impressed! Would recommend to everyone!
Great place. I did have a bad experience on Christmas where the automatic wash didn't activate after paying. I left a comment card and they provided excellent customer service! It was prompt and they were very considerate of the situation that occurred. Definitely will go back in the future! Thank you!
First time I went there and I was disappointed. The outside and inside of my car was still dirty when I left. And when I called them about the interior specifically, the gentleman told me "They could not spend hours on a $13 interior cleaning. They wipe the top of the dash, not the doors or by the vents. We can't guarantee to get dog hair out of carpet without shampooing it." Even though I didn't expect all of the dog hair to be swept. But the back floor was barely touched. Great place to get your car washed. They do an excellent job!
I would try ulitmate wash down the street. My first visit got me scratches on next to new car. Gave me the run around didnt even offer a refund not that would fix the scratches.This is just the start of me letting everyone no my experience here.
