Made an appointment, show up and told I have to wait at least 5 1/2 hours until they finish the other vehicles. Classic bait and switch. Told one thing one day and another the next. Never again.
Had my truck detailed here and they made it look brand new! When I got home I was checking it over and they missed under the back seat. Took it back over and they immediately got it done for me. I highly recommend getting your vehicle detailed here. I also have the highest wash package which is awesome too. Thank you Kleen Mist!
I'd give them five stars because they do a great job on my truck and the interior, but I always have to return and watch the manager clean my rims a 2nd time, because I never get them right the first time. And no, I'm not picky like that... but I paid for it... and I want it done right !!
Have a brand new truck that I've taken exclusively there for cleaning. Today it's exactly 1 year old. I have never seen a scratch from the car wash on my vehicle, and the paint is just as clean and shiney as the day I bought it. I used to spend entire days hand washing my vehicle. To my amazement, they can actually come darn close to as good as I can do at home in 5 minutes, instead of 5 hours THAT it would take me. If your car is new, and you don't belong to the wash club, you need to join now!
Great place. The only car wash in the area that washes and dries your vehicle.
Stopped in on the way home from camp in Potter County. Paid $20, and after the wash, I was told "We won't be able to wash your truck again when it's that muddy. Its not fair to the other customers to make them wait". Excuse me, aren't I a paying customer also?
Paid $20. Streaks everywhere. My back window looks like it wasn't washed at all. Never got my token for the self vacuuming. Needless to say, it was a waste of $20!! I could've done the same quality at my house!!
