Wow! These guys are great! I had a very difficult to clean dryer vent on the second floor and they very diligently cleaned it (tried from outside and inside) and even went into the attic to make sure it was fully unclogged. I am super impressed with the service and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!
Excellent job! Recently moved in so we had to get the ducts cleaned (previous owner had pets). Tony arrived on time. Great guy to chat with. Showed and explained the process as I was interested in how it was done. Finished in the expected time frame.
Our recent experience with Kleen Flo was amazing! From the first phone call to set up the appointment to the the incredible team of Tony and Dennis. They were both so honest, respectful, thorough and professional! Shared pictures with us and even vacuumed the furnace. Would recommend this company to anyone needing their ducts cleaned! Dusty vents,poor indoor air quality,uneven temperatures,dusty carpets and floors,which are most likely the result of their rushed,overly aggressive technique which stirred up dust and possibly created air leaks has been my experience with this company.The sales rep will not acknowledge any of the aforementioned as a remote possibility.One of the biggest mistakes of my life.An extremely depressing nightmare.
