SummerCreek Apts, list horrible place I've lived. Management is extremely poor and been through multiple " managers". They have closed our pool going on 2 summers now, which we pY for this ONE AND ONLY AMENITIES. Blame it on covid. Blame it on a pool filter...never get return calls back. Do not move into Summer Creek Apartments in Escondido. They will keep your security deposits and also they have been charging a full month rent to people who leave and also rent out the apartments the same month so they are collecting 2 months rent at a time on units. They have no actual on-site manager. They have been through 3 managers since I lived there for a year. This is real. The Kleege Group has set in motion the up-ending of a wonderful small town. Their utter heartlessness and lack of consideration for the Locals and Business Owners of Coronado is appalling. I will not patronize any of their "new" establishments. If they think they are "Making Coronado Great Again" ... Coronado has always been Great.
Shady, just bad business. Also they push small business owner out for business plans that make no sense. Who puts a restaurant in a 112 year old auto shop? Gross.
