I lived in the Klee Wyck for 4 years and it was a very nice place to live. The building manager, Trevor, is an absolute gem and is very responsive to any tenant questions or repairs. The common areas are clean and well kept. Our only reason for moving was because we were growing our family and needed more space.
I lived at Klee Wyck Apartments for three years. It is a great location for downtown. The property is beyond well maintained and the property manager takes great pride in keeping this building in great condition for the age of the building. The property manager is very available and attentive when needed. It was a very cozy and quiet refuge during the pandemic and only moved because I got a dog.
Living here for the past few months, hubby and I really love the neighbourhood! Quaint and quiet, and in a great location! 20-minute walk to downtown and 20 minutes to the jubilee! Great cafes and restaurants in less than 10 minutes. The building is old but very well-kept and clean! The building manager is very diligent, considerate, responsible and responsive. Been living here for the past few months with my wife after we arrived in Victoria, BC. Was really delighted with the location and quaint environment, even though it is near to downtown! Its just a 10 - 15 minutes walk to downtown core, many bus stops around the area. You can get anywhere easily without commuting. The place is better since the new manager came in. Very friendly, professional, and responsive to queries. He always makes sure that everyone is up to date with building maintenance and repairs. Notices can be seen in the most important areas and some are sent straight to your mail. Last Christmas decorations were really beautiful and shows how much he cares about the place. Will surely recommend to anyone looking for a place to live.
