Prior to the fathers death and the son's takeover shopping the stores was pleasurable with great customer service. The son was a son of a bitch who interfered over my salesman on minor issues. He " fucked me over" he lost a $500 sale and ALL MY FUTURE BUSINESS. I haven't been in the store(s) for over 20 years. Run like a lower east side schlock house ! Robert I Schwartz
Has anyone seen my air conditioner? Kleckners took it June 11 for a compressor. Two and a half months later we're still waiting. We call and don't always get a call back when we request one. No updates from their end. Looks like we're shopping around next time.
We purchased a GE gas range and had it delivered 12/7/15. Called for service on 12/11/15. Yep, 4 days and the front left burner doesn't work. Should have kept my old range with the same problem. Kleckner's sent a serviceman on 12/15/15 and decided that it needs a wiring harness. It is 1/16/16 and I still haven't gotten my new stove fixed! I wouldn't recommend Kleckner's
