Your business was referred to me by a friend. I am looking for a part to finish repairing my dryer, so I called the Emmaus location, but there was no answer and I transferred the call to your Whitehall location. Since I wasn’t willing to pay for a service call, I was told no-one in-house could help, all the servicemen were on the road and was hug up on. Your website clearly states you can “shop parts”. I need to give a big shout out to Saul, Kevin and Stephen for their assistance during my washer & dryer catastrophe this month. They were extremely helpful and took their time answering all of my questions. They were very welcoming and generous. I had a very good experience shopping here and highly recommend them to all. My neighbor shopped here and had nothing but good things to say and my mom plans on getting a new appliance from them as well. Thanks Guys :-)
