our fan motor went out on our wood burner. we we're willing to pay all the after hours payment on a Saturday, but they didn't want to come out and told us to use alternate heat

Our furnace stopped working when it was -25 degrees out. I called Kleckers and even though they were booked for the day, Mark talked me through troubleshooting the issue and I was able to fix it with his help. Mark is my hero! I will definitely be scheduling our routine furnace maintenance and all home HVAC needs through Kleckers.

Definitely reccomend Kleckers. My ac unit stopped working and they came out as soon as they could. Greg knew right away what was wrong and fixed it super fast. He explained everything he was doing and also what preventive maintenance can be done in the future to keep everything running smoothly. Will be doing business with only them from now on. I highly recommend Klecker's Heating. We had a fresh air exchanger and some duct work and registers installed. They do great work and are really nice guys.
