Not one to right reviews, but would be an injustice if I didn't. Called Klebs Mechanical late Friday afternoon and Kirsten answered. I explained I had no hot water. She went through great detail to explain normal hour fees versus after hour fees and was skeptical someone could make the call during normal hours as it was at the end of the day.
