Dr Alexander is as knowledgeable as she is caring. She provides excellent information and expertise for our little ones. We couldn’t love her more and I’d recommend her to anyone. Only tip is to get a print out of when you have to schedule child wellness visits because it is parents responsibility to make sure those appointments get made-the front desk staff doesn’t do appointments in advance more than a couple months out and as the child gets older it’s easy to let a 2 year old visit slip by since they’re not see as often d... read more
I need Dr. Alexander to give me a call so I can tell her how her front desk staff/schedulers treated my the last two days in regards to tryung to make a same day appointment for my sick child. Things have really changed. They will make patients leave and find a new doctor the way they treat callers, and sadly it's doesn't involve the doctor with my decision. Misdiagnosed my grandsons middle ear infection. Said it was a common cold and to use a humidifier and let it run it's course😠😠😠😠 He even had a fever a few weeks ago of 103° and Dr. Heather Alexanders office instructed my daughter to give him Tylenol...but still never caught the ear issue. Meanwhile, my grandsons cough after being seen just 2 weeks ago turned chronic and I had to take him to GBMC Pediatric Emergency which by the way is exceptional! They tested him for RSV and Influenza which came back negative, but he had... read more
