All I want is my sectional! I ordered my sectional on 5/5/19 and I still have NOT received it. I continue to get told that it is in production...production doesn't take almost 6 months once all parts are received. When I called to speak with someone at Klaussner directly versus going through the middle man company to find out what is really going on, they do not answer the phone and have yet to return my calls. My sofa was perfect! seams are aligned, no hanging strings to stains, rips or anything. Extremely pleased with this piece of furniture.
Poor quality rips and tears. I found the company address on my sofa tags and wrote them to tell them of my disappointment. They asked me to send pictures which I did and the second letter and never heard a thing. My Ashley sofa set of 12 Years was much better quality. Would never buy klaussner again. Even the furniture store where I purchased it told me to complain about the cushion support within the first year and they would get Replacements which they did. Junk!!
Don't buy furniture from this company. Leather sofas I purchased are all peeling apart and recliners are broken.
The worst quality control and customer service ever! Their furniture is the worst I have ever purchased. Have owned one of their sectionals for about 20 months. It is falling apart and they take no responsibility. "Buyer Beware". Apparently can't post without giving it a star. It doesn't deserve one.
