I had a knee replacement surgery in November. Been having IT Band and Bursitis issues since. Soft tissue issues. Dr Klauser addressed them and told me to continue with my exercises. Reassured my that my knee is great and I will get through this
From start to finish I was treated exceptionally. I was nervous when I walked in but the staff put me at ease. Dr. Klauser put me at ease explaining everything in detail. I am very happy with my first treatment. I believe I am on my way to a better quality of life.
After an accident left me a bit worse for wear Dr. Klauser's expertise has helped reduce my pain and get me on the right track to a full recovery.
Typical Ortho surgeon; "I can't operate, then take a cortisone shot and go get some PT." During my visit, nothing about the causation of my symptoms, no request prior to the visit for medical records, blood work, etc., nothing. I had no previous injury to the affected area, yet was in constant pain. Why? Dr. Klauser could not provide a succinct answer. I figured it out myself. And this doc charged me $400+ for what? This is the only medical facility and staff that I would easily give five stars to. The entire team works great together, things are run very smoothly, the place itself is spotless and welcoming, the staff is kind. Dr. Klauser himself is top-notch – he listens to my concerns, explains what he has found, and helps me make long term decisions. This team is a uniquely well run machine.
Dr Klauser and his entire staff are the best. Extremely professional, kind and most important an excellent surgeon. I highly recommend.
Anyone in need of an orthopedic should definitely make an appointment with this group.
