We just had our bathroom renovated by John at Klassen Renovations and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. John was upfront and honest from the start, quick and reliable throughout the project, and his attention to detail was absolutely meticulous. I had John renovate an ensuite bathroom. He was profession and knowledgeable. The quality of his work is excellent and he’s extremely neat and tidy. I was so pleased with how the ensuite turned out that I hired him to renovate a second bathroom. There were some minor problems in both the bathrooms and John had great solutions. The result was that they turned out even better than expected. I plan to have him do more work in the spring.
John answered our call and came for the quote right away. We had difficulty getting other companies to come in even within a month for a quote. When John came he spoke very professional and was upfront and honest. Very easy to deal with. He provided the quote right away and was able to start quickly.
